Nice hard silhoutte against a nice cloudy sky. The low-angle perspective adds to the drama.

Comment left by: manuel viet (no e-mail specified) While I was a law student, we made a trip to England and spent an afternoon at the old bailey to watch the common law system at work (as foreign to us continental as is left driving). Your shot brings back wonderful memories.

Comment left by: Moose (olymoose@gmail.com) Great shot, TOPE theme or not! The clouds really make it.

Now, how do I tell how much of my liking for it is Rumpole based. ;-)

Comment left by: Chris Barker (no e-mail specified) That's a nice shot, simple and effective.

Comment left by: Fernando (no e-mail specified) Effective indeed. Might be of interest to compare how "Justice" has been represented across different cultures... It has not a sword in my country, and is not standing alone but together with other three.
